Our patients-only private web site, is a day-by-day,  in-depth explanation of  each session’s application of AcuDestress. At your first group session a User ID and Password is provided. Subsequently, if you miss a session, the page for that day will fill you in.

To be assured of a seat, register early. The seats in June went very quickly. First come, first served. Registration limited to those who can attend all 18 sessions either 11:40-1 p.m. or 4:40 to 6 p.m.  Please note that there is a fee unless you belong to South East Ottawa CHC or other area CHC’s.


Your decision whether to attend AcuDestress begins with an 45-60 minute individual intake with Dr. Brian C. Bailey M.D. covered by OHIP and the Régie de l’assurance maladie de Québec.) After your intake appointment you’ll decide, on your own, whether to attend.
